I have been in practice over 25 years and am licensed by the state of Missouri to practice Psychology.  My areas of expertise include individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults; marriage and family therapy; gay and lesbian issues; and psychological testing of children and adolescents. My major area of specialty is in relationship issues and anxiety and depression.

As well as providing therapeutic services for clients, I also specialize in providing psychological evaluations of children. Throughout my career, I have become skilled at diagnosing children who have varying symptoms and who are not readily diagnosed. These include distinguishing between Pervasive Developmental Disorders such as Autism and Asberger’s Syndrome, as well as diagnosing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Nonverbal Learning Disorder.

My degree is a Masters of Science in Psychology and I completed a two year training program in Marriage and Family Therapy through the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry and Mental Health Services.
