My name is Anna Dell Johnson. Recently I began practicing after graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling. For over 25 years, I worked in the medical field as a nurse. I was inspired to pursue a career in counseling after seeing how a supportive environment could help patients cope better with their illness. There are many emotional changes that can occur when a person is facing an illness or other physical ailment. The primary focus of my practice is clients who are adjusting to physical issues or medical challenges. I also work closely with family members and friends who may be involved as caretakers.
